The restaurant at Pata Negra takes it’s name from the distinctive black hoof of the Iberico pig, a breed of pig renowned the world over for the quality of it’s meat.
To celebrate our namesake we’re hosting an evening dedicated to this tasty beast. As a cured meat, Jamon Iberico Bellota is undisputedly some of the finest meat in the world, and when prepared fresh these pigs produce tender rich pork like no others. Our chefs will be preparing a selection of dishes to show off this delicious meat both in it’s cured and fresh forms, all of which will be paired with a range of some our finest Sherries.
On Thursday 14th May we’ll be offering you a rare opportunity to tuck in to one of Spain’s true delicacies in true Pata Negra style with an evening of tapas created specifically around mouthwatering Iberico pork.
Tickets are just £45 and will include Jamon and Sherry pairing followed by a tapas feast.
